SUGGESTED USE:
The recommended daily intake is 8-10 capsules.  The capsules should ideally be taken with water, mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.  We also recommend that you take a reduced dose (e.g. 4-5 capsules) during the first week to minimise detoxification symptoms.

INGREDIENTS:
Certified organic barley grass and vegetable cellulose capsules shells with no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.  100g of barley grass contain 22g of protein, 25 grams of fibre and 700mg of chlorophyll.  Rainforest Foods Barley Grass Capsules have been certified organic by the Soil Association (GB organic certification 5).
