Organic Spirulina Capsules

Organic Spirulina Capsules 180 x 450mg. Certified organic by the Soil Association.

SUGGESTED USE:
The recommended daily intake is 6-8 capsules taken all at once or 2-3 times during the day.  The capsules should ideally be taken 30 minutes before meals and with water.  For the first week, it is advisable to take a reduced dose (3-4 capsules per day) to help minimise any detoxification symptoms which may occur.

INGREDIENTS:
Certified organic spirulina with no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.  Rainforest Foods Spirulina Capsules have been certified organic by the Soil Association (GB organic certification 5).
