SUGGESTED USE:
Maca has no set dosage.  However, most people tend to take 1-3 grams per day (2-5 capsules per day), mixed with water or juice.  It should ideally be taken between meals.  The optimal dosage will vary from individual to individual and you should experiment with the dosage that works best for you.

INGREDIENTS:
Certified organic Maca (Lepidium Meyeni) with no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives and cellulose vegetable capsule shells.  Rainforest Foods Maca Capsules have been certified organic by the Soil Association  (GB organic certification 5).  100g of Maca contains 300KCal, 10g of protein, less than 1g of fat and 75g of carbohydrates.

Rainforest Foods Maca is gold in colour and has been organically grown in Peru at an altitude of over 4000m.
