Barley grass is a popular supplement; a wholefood made from the leafy portion of the plant.  It has been reported that barley grass can help relieve the symptoms of various common illnesses including blood clots, arthritis, digestion problems, asthma and diabetes.

It contains an easily digestible form of protein, plus a wealth of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, pigments and phytonutrients.  It is also rich in chlorophyll, which is a potent antioxidant and acts as a natural detoxifying agent, helping purify the blood and regenerate the liver.

SUGGESTED USE:
We recommend that you take one heaped teaspoon (3.5 grams) mixed with water or juice, once or twice a day.  It should ideally be taken mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon.

INGREDIENTS:
Certified organic barley grass with no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.  100g of barley grass contain 22g of protein, 25 grams of fibre and 700mg of chlorophyll.
