    • When will I receive my order?
      We ship over 95% of orders within one working day of the order being made.

      We tend to send all orders that are less than 2kg in weight First Class. Royal Mail states that this is a next day service for most items.

      For orders over 2kg we use specialist couriers such as DHL or Parcelforce and they normally deliver within 24-48 hour of the order being sent.

    • Where can I find detailed, independent product information?
      For unbiased, scientific based information on some of the superfoods that we stock we recommend that you check out Google Scholar. This is a scientific paper search engine which brings together a variety of research papers from across the world. While we don't neccesarily recommend it for customers wanting to get a general product overview, it is one of the best sources of information on the web for detailed research studies that have been undertaken on the various superfoods and their benefits.
