  • Shipping

    • When will I receive my order?
      We ship over 95% of orders within one working day of the order being made.

      We tend to send all orders that are less than 2kg in weight First Class using the "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" service.  This service includes insurance and requires customers to sign for the order on receipt.  The Royal Mail states that this is a next day service for most items.

      For orders over 2kg we use specialist couriers such as DHL or Parcelforce and they normally deliver within 24-48 hour of the order being sent.
