Delivery Information
All orders below 2kg in weight are sent using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For Service. This service requires a signature on receipt of the order. If no-one is at home when the postman calls, a calling card will be left which gives you the option of having the parcel redelivered, picking the parcel up from your local Royal Mail Delievery Centre or having the parcel delivered to your local Post Office (for a small charge). If you do not contact your local Royal Mail Delievery Centre and the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay to have pay the additional charges we incur to repost the order to you. These charges will be the same as the original postage charges.
All orders over 2kg in weight are usually sent via a courier such as DHL or Parcleforce. The courier service also requires a signature on receipt of the order. Courier Services are more cost effective for larger orders, however they tend to take 1-3 days for delivery as opposed to the usual next day service from Royal Mail.

Our shipping prices are composed of three elements: the Royal Mail postage charge, packaging costs and a small handling charge. For example, we charge £2.75 for a 200g parcel, which is made up of a £2.37 Royal Mail postage charge and an 38p packaging and handling charge. Or £4.55 for a 900g parcel, which is made up of a £4 Royal Mail postage charge and 55p packaging and handling charge. Our aim is to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, simply passing on the charges that we incur to our customers.
Customers outside the EU may be liable to local import taxes. If you have any questions regarding additional taxes that you may be charged please contact your local customs and revenue office. If you have any specific requirements for any orders please contact us.
