Chlorella is a blue-green algae, known to be one of the world’s most complete foods. PRODUCTION
Chlorella has a tough cell wall. This aids detoxification, binding a variety of toxins to it and helping the body eliminate them. However, the cell wall also acts as a barrier, reducing the amount of nutrients within the cell that are available to the body. In Rainforest Foods chlorella the cell wall is broken using a high-impact jet spraying process that maintains the nutritional integrity of the cell contents. This means that the nutrients within the cell are both accessible (thanks to the broken cell walls) and undamaged (by the method used to achieve this).

SUGGESTED USE
The recommended daily intake is 6-8 capsules taken all at once or 2-3 times during the day.  The capsules should ideally be taken 30 minutes before meals and with water.  For the first week, it is advisable to take a reduced dose (3-4 capsules per day) to help minimise any detoxification symptoms which may occur.
